Brandon Lee Bible, 35, of Minneapolis, made the confession Tuesday as part of his guilty plea to a pair of felonies. ONTONAGON — The Ontonagon Village Council approved the 2019-2020 budget which is approximately $1 million less than last year. Total revenues and expenses in the new budget balance are at $3,266,245. The budget is significantly less than the previous one because of the number of grants and projects that were completed in the 2018-19 term. The grants and Ontonagon pass-through projects completed were a SAW grant, water telemetry project and other planned work.
