SynSel Energy, Inc., is partnering with a U.S.-based financier and Lost Bowl Development, LLC, to develop the $300 million biorefinery at the site of the closed Smurfit-Stone Paper Mill in Ontonagon.     ONTONAGON — An Ontonagon man was sentenced to prison for drug dealing. In Ontonagon Circuit Court, Judge Michael Pope sentenced Harvey Reaver, 37, to a minimum sentence of six years and maximum of 20 years in prison on drug charges in two separate cases. In both files, Reaver was charged with delivery or manufacture of methamphetamine. He was given credit for 169 days served in jail.     BESSEMER — Two more charges have been brought against Daniel Ferguson, stemming from his multi-day escape from the Gogebic County Jail. The weather did not result in any cancellations or delays, even though they had to move one event inside, planned as a contingency.
