ERWIN TOWNSHIP — Township residents will soon be able to recycle some of their garbage after the Erwin Township Board of Trustees approved a contract with Eagle Waste Wednesday. The agreement will have township residents receive garbage collection twice a month and recycling collection once a month, according to township supervisor Larry Grimsby.
