    IRONWOOD — The Gogebic Community College Board of Trustees hired two people and accepted the resignation of a longtime instructor at its meeting Tuesday evening. The trustees approved the retirement request from Alex Marciniak after 35 years of teaching, effective Aug. 1.     HURLEY — The Hurley School Board will likely look at a possible $200,000 tax levy increase in the fall, according to district administrator Chris Patritto.     ONTONAGON — The Ontonagon Area Board of Education Monday approved placing a millage request on the November ballot. The request, if approved, would cost voters less in taxes than they are presently paying.
