    IRONWOOD —The Ironwood City Commission on Monday will consider calling for bids on 20 items seized by the Ironwood Public Safety Department, many in drug raids. The items include six trucks or cars, three snowmobiles, two televisions, a coin collection and sports cards. All items will be advertised with suggested minimum bids.     ONTONAGON - Work on a railroad bridge near Ontonagon was modified to support a multi-use recreational trail in the future. According to Janet Miesbauer, of MI-TRALE, heavy equipment was moved to the bridge the last few weeks in December by Norman Pestka Construction. The company was contacted by MI-TRALE to replace the ice shield on the east support pier.     IRONWOOD — The city commission this week approved a “carve-out” agreement for the pension fund of Ironwood Housing employees. City treasurer Paul Linn said creating a separate division of the pension fund will allow city officials and the Ironwood Housing Commission board to get a “more accurate picture” of assets and liabilities of the housing employees.     The November unemployment rate rose in all but one county, Gogebic, in the western Upper Peninsula. The Gogebic County rate fell just a tick, from 6.2 percent in October to 6.1 percent in November. According to the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget, both the civilian labor force and total employment rose by 50 in November. Total unemployment remained at 400.
