    IRONWOOD — The city commission this week approved a “carve-out” agreement for the pension fund of Ironwood Housing employees. City treasurer Paul Linn said creating a separate division of the pension fund will allow city officials and the Ironwood Housing Commission board to get a “more accurate picture” of assets and liabilities of the housing employees.     The November unemployment rate rose in all but one county, Gogebic, in the western Upper Peninsula. The Gogebic County rate fell just a tick, from 6.2 percent in October to 6.1 percent in November. According to the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget, both the civilian labor force and total employment rose by 50 in November. Total unemployment remained at 400.     BESSEMER - The sentencing of Martin Henry Brecke, 33, of Ironwood, has been rescheduled for Jan. 11 after Gogebic County Circuit Court Judge Roy Gotham approved a motion to adjourn Tuesday's sentencing hearing.
