    WAKEFIELD — At around 8 p.m. on Saturday, the Gogebic County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of a suicidal male at his Wakefield residence, according to a department news release. Officers on the scene, along with a family member, were able to establish contact with the 30-year-old man, who was in the home with his 3-year-old son.     BESSEMER - The sun was out for the sixth annual Go Ride R Range Ride on Saturday. Beginning in Bessemer's Bluff Valley Park, the roughly 50 cyclists who participated biked to Rigoni's Bar and back to the park, according to organizer Jim Mildren, a route of roughly 20 miles.     IRONWOOD — The 2015-’16 budget the Ironwood City Commission will consider Monday includes a small increase in city property taxes. According to the proposed budget resolution, property taxes of $1,777,000 are projected, compared to the $1,675,000 approved a year ago, or less than a 1 percent increase.     IRON BELT, Wis. - The man who brought the color pink to his Iron Belt construction business, Angelo Luppino, died this week of cancer at 82. He was born and raised in Hurley, graduating from the Hurley High School in 1952. He married Nancy Nelson in 1953 and they had two children, a son, Paul, and a daughter, Karen.
