    IRONWOOD — City Manager Scott Erickson on Monday updated the city commission on numerous upcoming projects and clean-up days. Erickson said bids for the Art Park on Aurora Street came in high and options are under review by city staff.     BESSEMER - The Gogebic County Board of Commissioners tabled a request Wednesday by the 911 Committee to increase the monthly surcharge on phone lines. Emergency Services Director Jim Loeper presented the committee's request of increasing the monthly surcharge from $1 to $1.30.
