    IRONWOOD - Northwoods Wildlife Center Education Director Bart Kotarba came to Ironwood Carnegie Library on Monday to teach children what happens to injured animals. As part of the library's "Every Hero Has a Story" program, Kotarba taught children what to do and what not to do if they see an injured animal.     BESSEMER — Two Ironwood men will be arraigned in Gogebic County Circuit Court on July 7 on charges relating to the alleged torture of a coyote. Jason Charles Roberts, 34, and Dale Scott Allen, 45, were bound over to circuit court for trial by 98th District Court Judge Joel Massie. The two hunters are charged with urging hunting dogs to attack a wounded coyote that was struck by a truck and then videotaping the incident.     Unemployment rose in five of the six western Upper Peninsula counties in May, according to the Bureau of Labor Market. The civilian labor market grew in both Gogebic and Ontonagon counties with both total employment and the unemployment rate rising during the month. The labor reports in the two counties are almost identical to each other. In Gogebic County, 100 people were added to the labor force in May. Seventy-five of them are employed. The board heard the district received revenues of $3,843,584 for the 2014-15 school year and expenditures were $3,914,167. The fund balance at the beginning of the 2014-15 year was $216,538.
