BESSEMER - The Bessemer Area Sewer Authority's wastewater treatment plant will receive a roof replacement this summer. BASA approved a bid on Thursday with Erickson Roofing in Bessemer to replace the plant's shingles and make other upgrades for $45,000. ONTONAGON - The weather was cool and sometimes rain fell but the Ontonagon Marina Saturday was full of children and parents for the Kids Fishing Derby, hosted by the Ottawa National Forest.
