    WAKEFIELD - Members of the Michigan State Police Dive Team recovered three stolen firearms from Plymouth Mine Lake Sunday. The firearms were recovered, stemming from a joint investigation by the MSP Wakefield Post and the Gogebic County Sheriff's Department. Last November, a string of breaking and enterings were reported in Gogebic County, and a suspect, Anthony Michael Adams, 32, of Ramsay, was arrested Dec. 9. According to Det. Sgt.     BESSEMER — Voters in the Bessemer School District will head to the polls on Tuesday to vote on a proposed bond referendum. The $4.98-million, 19-year referendum would provide for updates to the district’s two school buildings. This is the second time the school has had a referendum on the ballot in recent months.     WAKEFIELD - After a month of collecting donations for its first ever food drive, the Michigan State Police Wakefield Post delivered more than 1,500 pounds to St. Vincent De Paul Food Pantry in Bessemer Thursday.     CINCINNATI (AP) - The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden says its new baby giraffe is a girl. The zoo says 7-year-old mother Tessa gave birth to her calf Monday morning.     IRONWOOD - Just a few days before a new garbage contractor is to begin serving Ironwood, city residents were told Monday the new company will do all it can to make the transition smooth.
