    IRONWOOD - The Carnegie Library recently received a $19,000 grant from the Reinhardt Library Fund for lighting improvements. "We are proud and excited to have received this grant," Elaine Erickson, library director, said. The lighting, installed on the first floor, has a more historic feel, Erickson said, and adds to the ambience of the library.     WASHINGTON (AP) - Citing a potential threat to public health, the Food and Drug Administration is taking steps toward phasing out the use of some antibiotics in animals processed for meat. Many cattle, hog and poultry producers give their animals antibiotics regularly to ensure that they are healthy and to make the animals grow faster.     IRONWOOD TOWNSHIP - Aspirus Grand View Hospital's $4 million renovation project is about 15 percent done, Peter DuPuis, project manager from Miron Construction, Neenah, Wis., said Tuesday.     HURLEY - Hundreds of toys were dropped off Tuesday at the Iron County Human Services Department to help families during the holiday season. On Saturday, fire departments from throughout the county collected toys, monetary donations, clothing, gift cards and toiletries for local kids.
