    MERCER, Wis. — Raymond P. Zelinski, 93, of Mercer, passed away Thursday, Oct. 1, 2020. Ray was born on Aug. 31, 1927, in Rothschild, to Peter and Stella (Pollock) Zelinski, the seventh child in a family of 14 children. During World War II, Ray proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Air Corps on Okinawa as an airplane mechanic. In 1982, he was married to Maxine Peter.
