FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Janet (Yankosky) Kenworthy, 84, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.
Born in Ironwood, Mich., she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Yankosky.
She is survived by her husband, Forest Kenworthy; children, Jim (Karen) Yankosky, Judy (Randy) Kahn and Bob (Maria) Kenworthy; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
A prayer service was held Tuesday, Feb. 26, at Klaehn, Fahl and Melton Funeral Homes Winchester Road Chapel in Fort Wayne, preceded by visitation.
Memorial donations may be given to Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
