Photo of politician shows 'hard work'

To the Editor:

I see the Daily Globe ran a “submitted photo” showing Wisconsin state Rep. Robert Jauch, D–Poplar, congratulating the Dalai Lama for showing people that compassion is not a weakness.

How nice of Big Bob to send in the photo to get his name and face in the paper and to show us all how hard he’s working in Madison, Wis. Do you suppose he told the Dalai Lama about his secret escape route to Illinois that he uses when he and his fellow Democrats want to abdicate their responsibility as lawmakers?
