Ladies golf event

Sarah Domitrovich prepares to hit her ball at the Gogebic Country Club Ladies League event June 12. Domitrovich, a member of the Ontonagon Ladies League, was one of several guests from Ontonagon and Eagle Bluff to join the "It's Your Birthday Party" golf scramble. Fifty-three women from three clubs enjoyed good weather and a party afterwards with gifts, pizza, salads, cake and prizes. Gogebic's league meets every Wednesday at 1 p.m. and also as a twilight league at 5 p.m. Both are match play leagues and new members are welcome and can contact the club for more information.
