A line of severe thunderstorms brought rain, hail, lightning and high winds through the region early Thursday evening. The storm knocked out power in parts of northern Iron County, Wis., including Montreal, Pence and Iron Belt. These trees came down at Squeaks Restaurant at around 6 p.m., some hitting the building and cars in the parking lot. No estimates of damages were available. No injuries were reported. Emergency crews responded to clear branches from roadways around the area, but power remained out as of 11:30 p.m.
