Community garden

Mae Moderson, of Hurley, harvests cucumbers, zucchinis and tomatoes from her plot at the Norrie Park community garden in Ironwood Thursday afternoon. Moderson said the cucumbers didn’t get very long this year, but she’s happy for any fresh vegetables she can get from this garden and the one at her home. “The idea is to eat healthy,” she said.
