PHOENIX, Ariz. - Candace "Candie" Quiram, 63, of Phoenix, passed peacefully into heaven where she joined her parents, George and Junice Quiram, on Dec. 18, 2013.
Candie was born in Bemidji, Minn., on Aug. 12, 1950. She attended grade school in Hurley, Wis., and Ironwood, Mich., and attended high school in Ironwood and Bemidji, graduating from high school in Thief River Falls, Minn. She attended Northland College in Thief River Falls.
Candie worked in the insurance industry for more than 40 years, starting out as a clerk and worked her way up to senior underwriter. Her last employer was Scottsdale Insurance Company, where she worked as a business systems analyst in their information technology department.
Candie was a devoted sister, aunt and friend. She left us too soon and will be missed greatly.
She is survived by two brothers, Donald (Mary) Quiram, of Minneapolis, and Terry (Nadia) Quiram, of Springfield, Va .; a sister, Arlene (Thomas) Lamp, of Phoenix; 11 nieces and nephews; a great-nephew; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 18, at 11 a.m., at Heritage Arrowhead Funeral Center, 7545 W. Rose Garden Lane, Glendale, Ariz., on the campus of Church of Joy.
