HURLEY, Wis. - Keith Ladwig, 56, of Hurley, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2014, at Aspirus Grand View Hospital in Ironwood, Mich., surrounded by his loving family.
Keith was born to the late Harman and Velma (Waldman) Ladwig on Nov. 21, 1957, in Long Lake, N.Y.
He married Levon Gregory on Aug. 12, 1982, in Danbury, which is where they lived before relocating to Hurley.
Keith owned and operated Northland Transmission with his wife Levon for the past 30 years; he was truly passionate about his work. His greatest joys in life were spending time with his wife and children, traveling the Upper Peninsula and completing his and Levon's many "projects."
Survivors include his loving wife, Levon; children, Ian, and his significant other, Monica, and Eli, and his significant other, Kelsey; brothers, Sloan and Jim; and many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Danielle; his father, Harman; and his mother, Velma.
