30 years of service

HANK WILBER, a founding member of the Ontonagon Area Scholarship Foundation, was thanked by foundation president Meredith Strong for his 30 years of service on the group's board when he retired at the group's meeting Wednesday in Ontonagon. The foundation has awarded $285,250 to 560 graduates since it began 30 years ago. "I am proud to be a part of this effort which has impacted many young people," Wilber said.
