PENCE, Wis. - Hope Barbera Tijan was born at 3:59 a.m. and went to be with the angels at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. She was the daughter of Paul and Deb Tijan.
Our beloved daughter came into this world with love and joy, and we are very grateful that she was able to save the lives of several children with the donation of her heart valves. Now Hope has moved on to be with our loved ones and God in heaven.
Hope is survived by brothers, Roarke Edward, Brendan Roy and Bruce Anthony; sisters, Jodi and Victoria Hines; grandparents, Bruce and Joan Dalman; aunts and uncles, Sarah Dalman, David Dalman, Naomi (Shane) Curty, Mike and Lynn Tijan, Tony (Shirley) Tijan, Liisa Tijan, Teresa and Randy Vitovsky, Andrew and Mary Tijan, Phillip and Jodi Tijan, Christopher Tijan and Jennifer Cvengros, Timothy and Melinda Tijan, Fred Tijan and Lisa Huotari and Joseph and Danielle Tijan; and many other cousins and relatives.
A funeral service will be held Friday, May 23, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hurley. The Rev. Frank Kordek OFM will officiate.
Visitation will be from 10 until 10:30 a.m. at the church.
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Hurley.
