A STATE trooper drives through the water in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 94, near the Lodge exit lanes Tuesday near Detroit following a thunderstorm that past through Southeast Michigan. The National Weather Service said winds reaching 60 mph in Wayne County's Canton Township near Detroit and in Washtenaw County's Pittsfield Township near Ann Arbor. It said a 2-foot-diameter tree fell in Redford, near Detroit.
