BESSEMER, Mich. - Bonnie Lynn (Smith) Hagerty, 52, of Bessemer, passed away on Oct. 1, 2014.
Daughter of the late Duane and Shirley (Olson) Smith, she was born on May 14, 1962, in Grand Rapids.
She married Michael J. Hagerty on July 30, 2005.
She is survived by her husband, Michael; her mother-in-law, Dorothy Hagerty; her three children, Brandi Pazdernik (Matthew), Suzanne Pazdernik and Tanya Pazdernik (Erik); her granddaughter, Elizabeth Belle Norman; four sisters, Billie Stanek (Tom), Ruth Mieloszyk (Nick), Christy Havela (Jeff) and Melvina Alexander (Don); and two brothers, Charlie Smith (Tiffany) and Jim Taylor (Cheryl). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Aiden and Collin Smith, Tyrone Smith, Amber and Nicholas Mieloszyk, Samantha Havela, Jonathon and Eric Nordine, Kyle and Stephanie Taylor; and her beloved cats and dogs.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held at the Frick-Zielinski Funeral Home, 304 S. Sophie St., Bessemer, on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2014, at 11 a.m. Rev. Kurt Kovanen will officiate.
Bonnie's family will receive relatives and friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home on Tuesday.
