Santa's Headquarters gets under way in Ironwood

IRONWOOD KIWANIS Club members and volunteers help organize stocking stuffers through Santa's Secret Headquarters in the Ironwood Memorial Building Tuesday. This year, 190 families in Gogebic County, including around 400 kids, will receive toys and other items. "It's amazing what people give," Jim Mildren, event organizer and Kiwanis member, said. "Everyone does what they can." Gift distribution is today from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Memorial Building.
