WOODRUFF, Wis. — Rosemary Cook, 52, of Manitowish Waters, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014, at Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff.
She was born on Sept. 1, 1962, the daughter of Orlando and Arvesta (nee Grayson) Tibaldo.
Rosemary was preceded in death by her father, Orlando Tibaldo; and brother, Brian Tibaldo.
She is survived by her husband, Brian Cook; children, Brian Jr. (Tammy) Cook, Jennifer (Mike) Bruzas and Jessica Cook (Jared Anderson); mother, Arvesta Tibaldo; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kaleb, Alexis and Logan; sisters, Julie Hautala and Tina Trevarthen; and brother, Joe Tibaldo.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 19, 2014, at Bolger Funeral Home Woodruff Chapel, with a memorial gathering following from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
