MONDAY MORNING black ice on area roadways caused numerous accidents in the area. An undriveable vehicle is pulled out of the ditch along U.S. 2, near Wisconsin 169, in Gurney, Wis. Wrecker operator Brian Livingston, right, said at 8:45 a.m. it was the third time he had been called out. There were no injuries in the rollover, but the vehicle, driven by Aleah Maki, 19, of Ironwood, was totaled. The windshields shattered upon impact with deep snow in the ditch and a speed limit sign.
