HAYWARD, Wis. — Rose M. Longhini, 94, of Ironwood, Mich., passed away Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015, at Golden Living Nursing Home in Hayward.
Rose Marie Longhini was born March 11, 1920, in Hurley, the daughter of Gabriel and Rosaria (Lerza) Stella. On July 10, 1946, Rose was united in marriage to John S. Longhini at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hurley.
She is survived by her sons John A. (Marilyn) Longhini, of Canyon Country, Calif., and Robert G. (Mary Beth) Longhini, of Hayward; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Rose was preceded in death by her husband John; brother, Dominic Stella; and dear sister, Nilda LaGatta.
According to Rose’s wishes cremation will take place and there will be a private spring burial at Sunset Acres Cemetery in Ironwood.
