Smoke call

FIREFIGHTERS WERE called to 721 Leonard St. in Ironwood at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday. Firefighters at the scene said the call was for smoke in the living room of the home, but the homeowners had most of the smoke gone by the time they arrived. Beacon Ambulance also responded to the scene.
