Poster contest

ELLA TORKELSON, a Mercer, Wis., seventh grader, is shown with a poster she created and a certificate of achievement after winning first place in county and area association conservation poster contests. The honor qualified her to participate in the 58th annual State Conservation Awareness Poster and Speaking Contest in Appleton.
