Adeline A. Robl

ONTONAGON, Mich. — Adeline A. Robl, 89, of Ewen, passed away May 12, 2015, at the Aspirus Ontonagon Hospital Long Term Care Unit.

She was born Nov. 9, 1925, in Ewen to the late Eino and Toini (Hendrickson) Anderson.

Adeline graduated from Ewen High School in 1943, and was employed in various places until 1944, when she married Roy Robl. They moved to Ewen in 1953 and operated a dairy farm on Fair Oaks Road.

Adeline enjoyed bowling, golfing, fishing and being outdoors. She was also a lifetime member of the Ewen Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eino and Toini; husband, Roy; and sister, Irene Brandt.

Adeline is survived by sons, Robert (Nancy) and David (Linda), both of Ewen, and John (April) of Bruce Crossing; four granddaughters; three grandsons; four great-grandaughters and three great-grandsons.

A memorial service for Adeline will be held Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at 6 p.m. at the Cane Funeral Home in Bruce Crossing, with Pastor Ted Trudgeon officiating.

The Cane Funeral Home Bruce Crossing Chapel is assisting the family.
