Hurley - It was the annual craft fair at the Hurley School Saturday with well over forty vendors set up for the occasion.

Besides local and area-wide vendors, several Hurley groups had booths set up, including the Last Blast crew, the Silver Express ensemble and the Hurley Booster club.

The craft fair had everything from crafts and handmade gifts, to baked goods and food, to raffles and drawings, and even a chance to win a cruise for two.

The Hurley School Parent Teacher Organization also had their annual Spirit Tree Lights Fundraiser booth set up.

The venue saw a lot of people over the five hours it was held with a few rushes for the Silver Express performance and pictures with Santa.

The Silver Express show was held at noon with the group performing nine songs for the crowd, including several Christmas favorites.

Despite the group only having a few weeks practice under their belts, the students did a fantastic job.

The other major draw at the craft fair was a visit from Santa. Kids had the opportunity to share their wish lists and get their picture taken with him.

Children also received a little gift bag from Santa after their visit.

The clowns of Fun E Business were also at the fair, offering face painting and balloon animals for all the kids.
