BESSEMER — Two men and a woman were arrested in Bessemer Thursday on charges of delivery/possession with intent to deliver heroin and methamphetamine, according to a Gogebic Iron Area Narcotics Team news release.
According to a team spokesman, a search warrant was executed on a Porter Street residence in Bessemer, which led to the arrests.
A GIANT spokesman said the matter is still under investigation.
GIANT is a local task force comprised of officers from the Ironwood Public Safety Department, the Gogebic County Sheriff's Department, the Hurley Police Department, the Iron County Sheriff's Department and the Lac Vieux Desert Tribal Police.
