ERIC FITTING helps Ironwood first grader Natalie Vandenburg put on snowshoes Thursday at Wolverine Ski Trails prior to an event with Ironwood's Watch DOGS program. The program, which stands for Dads of Great Students, allows dads, grandfathers and other male mentors in the school to provide a positive male influence for students.
