Your Choice Parent Night to be held at Hurley K-12

HURLEY — Parents and community members are invited to attend a Your Choice Parent Night presentation Monday evening, at the Hurley K-12 school, about the devastating effects of drugs and alcohol abuse on young people and their families.

Beginning at 6 p.m., Sandi Lybert and her son, Tyler, her daughter, Ashleigh Nowakowski, and her husband, Rick, will each talk about how drugs and alcohol abuse impacted their lives.

Tyler said he started drinking alcohol in the sixth grade and using drugs later on.
