Iron County ATV trails open today

While parts of the county are still experiencing wet conditions associated with early spring, Iron County’s all-terrain vehicle trails open today.

The Thursday announcement came from the Iron County Forestry and Parks Department.

“Please be respectful and stay within the marked trail beds,” Trail Coordinator Tara Krall said. “Off-trail riding will lead to trail closures.”

ATV trails have been closed since the end of snowmobile season on March 10.
