HELEN SLINING, a Range Master Gardener, helps Quin Hampston, 4, of Bessemer, and Evan Sikonia, 4, of Ironwood, put flowers in a pot Monday morning while at Depot Park in Ironwood. Children ate lunch, learned about gardening and heard a book read by Ironwood Carnegie Library assistant director Lynne Wiercinski.
