MADISON, Wis. — Gov. Scott Walker issued an executive order Friday directing state and federal flags to be flown at half-staff Monday to honor Mitch Koski, who died during the flooding at Saxon Harbor on Monday night.
“I, Scott Walker, Governor of the state of Wisconsin ... do herby order that the flag of the United States and the flag of the state of Wisconsin may be flown at half-staff ... beginning at sunrise Monday, July 18, 2016, and ending at sunset on that date,” the order reads.
