IRONWOOD - Festival Ironwood wrapped up four days of fun and frolic in Depot Park Saturday.
Live music was provided under the tent by a variety of groups through the four-day event with Saturday's music including the Ranch Boys, the Gogebic Range Band and Xtra.
Classic cars lined the streets downtown on a sunny Saturday. The car show offered awards in several different classes.
"We have a blast every year" said Susan Tippett of Ironwood. "It's got everything - cars, crafts, food and entertainment."
There were also volleyball and pool tournaments on Saturday. The volleyball tournament continued into the afternoon with several local teams playing for the FI'16 title.
There were also many activities for children including a bounce house, fish pond, pony rides, face painting and a duck pick.
There was also a child I.D. program offered to parents.
The pony rides were a hit with some of the children. "It's a lot of fun for the kids" said Vanessa Anderson of Hidden Acres.
The arts and crafts fair was a busy place with many local vendors selling homemade goods, including maple syrup, leather crafts, jewelry and various decorative items.
HOPE Animal Shelter had a booth offering pets for adoption and information, while also accepting donations for their non-profit organization based in Ironwood.
Many community organizations sold food and refreshments under the tent through the festival, raising money for all sorts of community projects.
