THE CULVERT has been placed for the County A reconstruction project on Parkers Creek, near Saxon Harbor. Workers said the road to the harbor might be passable by next week. Tons of fill are being trucked in daily for the Musson Brothers, Rhinelander, Wis., project resulting from the July 11-12 storm that dumped 11 inches of rain in four hours, destroying much of Saxon Harbor.
