SUPERIOR, Wis. - Elaine J. Borich, 92, of Superior, passed away peacefully in her home on Feb. 26, 2017.
She was born to Vittorio and Celestine Pertile on May 5, 1924, in Bessemer, Mich.

Elaine will be remembered lovingly for her wonderful cooking and baking skills and the pride she took in her home and yard, especially her rose garden. Her other interests included politics, sports of all kinds, and gardening.
Her deep faith, which included membership at the former St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Billings Park and more recently, Cathedral of Christ the King, guided her life and was the foundation for a strong family bond.
