Kevin D. Chiapuzio

IRONWOOD, Mich. - Kevin D. Chiapuzio, 47, passed on June 17, 2017, in a motorcycle accident.

He was born on Aug. 28, 1969, in Wakefield to William Chiapuzio and Diane (Waurio) Chiapuzio. Kevin graduated from Luther L. Wright High School in 1987. He was well accomplished in hockey and martial arts. He was a "Jack of All Trades," working for himself and for many contractors. He was an active and proud supporter of BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse).

Kevin is survived by a son, Mason; daughter, Sayde; his brother, Bill; grandpa, Elmer Waurio; three grandchildren; and aunts, uncles, nieces and numerous cousins.

Preceding him in death was his father, William; and mother, Diane; grandparents, Bill and Gerty Chiapuzio; and grandmother, Isabelle Waurio.

Kevin will be missed and remembered by all.

A memorial service and gathering for friends and family will be held at 322 Bonnie St., Ironwood, MI, today at 4 p.m.. A service will be officiated by Rev. Steve Hyvonen.
