Bear Necessities

A BLACK bear in Hurley climbs a tree on Maple Street around 6 p.m. Wednesday, checking out the surrounding homes, and ambling off around 7:25 p.m. According to Chelsea Benson, the Hurley Police Department was on the scene to keep people from approaching the bear.
