Francis Paul White

WARSAW, Mo. - Francis Paul White, 76, of Warsaw, passed away Monday, June 5, 2017, at his home in Warsaw.

He was born Oct. 7, 1940, in Ironwood, Mich., the son of Floyd Anton and Mary (Vanderschaegen) White. He grew up in Ironwood and after graduation, moved with friends to California.

Francis worked for a short time in the entertainment field and then at An-Jan Pet & Feed in San Jose, Calif., until retiring in 2003. He then moved to Warsaw to be with his long-time friends, the Fultons, which he considered his Missouri family. While living in Warsaw, he worked for five years at the Warsaw Senior Center.

Francis was an avid sports fan and loved sports.

He is survived by his sister, Sister Lois White, of Oxford, Mich., brother, Tony White, of Hurley, Wis .; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services for Francis Paul White will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 19, at Hillside Cemetery in Iron Belt, Wis., with Father Robb Jurkovich of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Ironwood officiating.

Rite of Committal and inurnment will follow.

Luncheon will be served at Joany's Sidekicks on Highway 77 in Iron Belt upon conclusion of the service.
