Snowy Owl

THIS SNOWY owl sits on grass near Lake Superior on Sunday afternoon. There's been an invasion of the owls from Canada and they've found a lack of snow here and conditions more like early fall. Monday morning temperatures were in the lows 40s. Gary Jackson, of Ironwood, photographed the bird.
