Ironwood - Spread across three rooms in Luther L. Wright K-12 Thursday, the musicians and singers of Hurley, Bessemer and Ironwood played and sung their hearts out in the Solo and Ensemble Festival. Each soloist or ensemble hopes for a 1 star rating from the judges, which is the highest possible score.
"A" Division players and singers that receive a 1 star score from the judge qualify for the Wisconsin state tournament.
