Thomas Henry Potinsky

WAUSAU, Wis. - Thomas Henry Potinsky, 68, of Wausau, passed away July 7, 2018, at Hospice House.

Thomas was born Jan. 19, 1950, in Ironwood, Mich., to the late Joseph and Betty (Zack) Potinsky. He graduated from Luther L. Wright High School and joined the U.S. Army and later worked as a craftsman in lumber companies and factories. Tom loved the casino and the Green Bay Packers.

Thomas is survived by his daughter, Amanda Potinsky; son, Joe Potinsky; brother Joseph, (Loreli) Potinsky; sister, Linda (Mike) Magdziak; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Sandra Hein and Betty Soltis.

A funeral service will be held Friday, July 13, at 11 a.m. at Brainard Funeral Home - Everest Chapel, 5712 Memorial Court, Weston, with a visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

He will be buried at a later date in Sunset Acres Cemetery in Ironwood.
