New to the Gogebic County Fair this year are vintage displays courtesy of Mike and Cecilia Pisco and Kathy Bednar-Ghiardi. As visitors view left to right they'll see a 1920s Singer Treadle Sewing Machine from Mary Nyysti, of Ironwood, the great grandmother of Joy (Hautanen) Pelissero; a Victorian chamber pot, water pump, and an 1800s milk can carrier. The display model is wearing a vintage farm working dress with a coverall apron, and on the end is an 1800s butter churn. This exhibit along with other vintage displays can be seen in the exposition building at the fair.
