Christie (Pflughoeft) Pete

WAUSAU, Wis. - Christie (Pflughoeft) Pete, 42, of Watersmeet passed away on Jan. 4, 2019, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

She is survived by her children, Jacob, Marie, Emma, Isabel, Sophia and Olivia; her parents, Albert and Yvonne Pete, Sr .; siblings, Tracy (Dan) Pete, Jenny (Sonny) McGeshick, Albert Pete Jr., Angela (Shane Sr.) Pete and Marilee (Tyrone) Pete; 10 aunts and uncles; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Christie always loved being around family and friends. She enjoyed playing basketball, volleyball, track, golfing, swimming, Yahtzee, cribbage, but most of all, she was a pool shark.

Community visitation will begin Sunday, Jan. 6, at 5 p.m. CST at the Lac Vieux Desert Recreation Cente in Watersmeet, Mich. Funeral Services will be held Monday, Jan. 7, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the Old Indian Village Cemetery in Watersmeet.
