Judith Marie Reisch

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - Judith Marie Reisch, 73, formerly of Jemez Springs, N.M., passed away peacefully Saturday, June 8, 2019 in Charlottesville surround by her family, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's.

Judy was born March 15, 1946 in Bessemer, Mich. to the late Emmanuel and Mary Facchinello.

She was happily married to Harry Reisch for 43 years and raised three children. Judy was employed by Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church for numerous years before moving on to Medical Associates of Northern New Mexico, where she worked until retirement and the love of traveling called to her and her husband.

Judy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and was very active and dedicated to her parish and choir at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Jemez Springs.

She is survived by her brother Gary, of Islandia N.Y .; her three children, Michelle, of Mountain View, Calif., Ginger, of Albuquerque, N.M. and Carl, of Crozet, Va. and her four grandchildren.

Rosary will be recited Friday, July 19 at 7 p.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church in Jemez Springs. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, July 20 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church in Jemez Springs, with reception to follow at the Madonna Parish Hall in Jemez Springs.
